Article original in Kendo World Journal 1.1 – 2001 (Translated from Japanese by Alex Bennett).

    Introduction
Bushidō1 and the warrior culture of Japan are viewed with fascination, not only by modern Japanese, but by non-Japanese as well. The most visible vestige of Japanese warrior culture is the overwhelming international popularity of the martial arts (budō), which are undoubtedly Japan's most successful cultural export. ...

Here's a quick visual guide on how to create a new article with the CMS. I've taken it from vBulletin's documentation, which you can access here if you wish. I've also added a couple of comments specific to the KW site.
Note: this and the Documentation section is only visible to administrators, moderators, super-moderators, and KW writers/bloggers, no-one else can see this page.

    1. Create New Article Button: Navigate to the section you want the article to be published in (you can also change this once you have opened the Create New Article screen). For most content this will be the News section on the KW site. Select "article" from the dropdown menu and click on the go button. This will open an article form.
    2. Article Title: In the "Add/Edit Article" screen, enter the title of your article in the “Title” textbox.3. SEO URL: Put in SEO-friendly URL in "SEO URL Alias" field. After entering the article title and SEO URL field is blank, the system will auto-fill the SEO URL based on the article title.
