                  Im sorry.
I read it as Miyazaki Kentaro as well.

I'm glad to see a few familiar names on there. I had the pleasure of training long term with last years winner during my time in Yamaguchi, and subsequently met this years Yamaguchi rep, Shibata Sensei through introduction. Really friendly and excellent iai. Also had the chance to train with Koyama Sensei and Ono Sensei in Okayama 2 years again. Again both great Sensei and all round gentleman. Good luck to them all.

My small notes - is is my oponions, someone colud have different opinions after watching of these DVDs:
All senseis in their enbu (reiho, 5 katas, reiho) demonstrated Shohatto and next other katas from Shoden, Chuden and sometimes in Okuden katas. Very popular are kata Gyakuto and Seichutto from Shoden, the Ryuto too in their enbu. From Chuden are more popular Yamaoroshi or Toraissoku.
Some senseis performed kata very quick, some senseis performed them slow - I think that he try to demonstrate the strong control of situation. But allways drawing and cutting are very strong, quick and preciselly. It is performed with big movements and with relaxed hands and shoulders.
I had (from some senseis enbu) very strong feeling about their senseis personality power and theirs dangerousness. Very interesting to see their performing and differencies in johakyu during nukitsuke in shohatto.
The senseis performed katas in their personal version - some versions of one kata are very different. Is very interesting find out what all versions could be Muso Shinden too. I start to understand the words of Harada sensei. He told us, that the versions of Muso Shinden kata are lot, but iai is only one. The watching of these DVD is very good for this understanding and toleration of unknowing version for us.
The DVD are expansive but I think that you can see the best from ZNKR iaido Muso Shinden teachers. Some of them aren't alive - it is historic record of their unique iaido mastery...
