Thanks for the rep -- to answer your implied question: Yes, there are a few Mexican dishes that call for chicken or pigs' feet. I don't like them and I don't like tripe.

Thanks for the (admittedly undeserved) rep. After having done kumdo (the bogu + shinai variety) for 4 years and having "migrated" to kendo, it still gets my goat when people club kumdo with HDGD.
