The headaches are, ironically after spending a chunk of my budget on medicine and doctors fees, OK today. I haven't suffered today so with any luck the reassurance of having some stronger medicine will have put them at ease.
As for the hakama, I haven't stumbled on any yet, they have all been pinstripe so far. I've found biege, pink, persimmon, crimson, green, blue, black and white, but not grey, but I'll keep scouring.

Pam told me to ask Kishimoto sensei at the AUSKF iaido seminar next week. I'll stick to the "old" seitei ushiro turning style until otherwise instructed.
