Here is what I think. Being stupid and greedy has it's rewards in Colorado realty America. We are sick and tired of helping idiots who get themselves in trouble and wind up better off than responsible people. Everyone knows these Colorado people will be selling their colorado homes when (or if) we recover for a large profit. An American reward for being stupid and dishonest of the Colorado real estate homes that have been refinanced are more than 60 days late in payments. If you can't afford the house, then its time to move back into an apartment and rent for a while. . Personally, I hope you buy lots of peanut butter with it. Clinton won my respect when he reformed welfare, BO is reversing those law changes. BO is a moron and he's going to create a whole nation of lazy people. I guess that is what you want though, Jeff, because you probably get bored during the day laying around your Colorado real estate house
