I simply want to improve my cutting and general sword handling in a way that is transferable to my Iai.

Could it be possible to hand the grading mark sheets back to people who have 'deferred their success'? Is there any info on there that might help?

  1. Hello David, I'm afraid I'm completely skint for another month so I won't be able to attend. To tell the truth I dont think I have enough experience to get the most from the coaching courses so I might leave it until after my next grading.

Thanks for letting me know about this.

    Hi Anil,

Further to the message that was recently posted on the BKA website (http://kendo.org.uk/) there will be a BKA Level 1 Coaching event run
    in Edinburgh on 11 August.

If you know if any of your club member are interesting in attending they can book places on the BKA website, or contact David McLean
(david@duarthouse.co.uk) for further information. Althought this is down as an Iaido event it is also open to Kendo/Jodo people as well.

    David
