I am no stranger to pain in weird places though. For the longest time I was getting these intense cramps in my ring finger on the left hand. I thought I was getting arthritis at 30! But then I realized it was cramping from the way we hold shinai in Kendo and that my fingers were only adjusting. So here is hoping to a quick adjustment for you.
