Hey Charles, I regarding the taping of your foot, I believe I have the same problem and I do get a bone bruise under my second toe as well. I was wondering what type of silicon padding you used because I think I fall into exactly the same category. I try to tough it out but after class and a few days later I'm limping around or not applying much pressure on that area of the foot at all. Thanks!
