    When players do kote cut pay attention if the kote is not hit horizontally with side of shinai - some try to do it this way....

    I did. They served me very well for a few years. If you get the spare tenouchi and bother with replacing them, you can use the same pair kote in two training session a day and start each one with dry kote.


    Check that in a store you wish to purchase the kote from....
