last practice december 24th, first practice january 3rth. Just enough to get sober again :P
wich dojo do you train at actually?
electric, tho I rarely bother more than once or twice a week :pirate:
The unofficial names are Neko Claws (Cat Claws?) and "those cool things Wolverine has in his hands"
As far as I know chances of ending up at a McDojo are pretty small in the Netherlands. Make sure your dojo is registered at the Nederlandse Kendo Renmei (most dojos will probably even require you to...
the ultimate head-wacking tool! :ninja:
pretty sure taping your shinai is not allowed lol and you can't make any valid strikes with only one arm/leg so you lose by default.
whole thing looks like it's not worth much more than the $20 starting bid. Stitching on the kote looks horrible, the do appears to be a child's size, I like his way of tying the men himo to the upper...
but how can you enjoy your world without a soul?
would be pretty boring I imagine...

Kinda have a problem with letting go of gamers jargon when I'm not gaming :p
I always end up mixing it in normal conversations and half of the people go like "what the f- are you talking about? I...

Looks like something nice to wear during seminars/tournaments/etc. to stay in spirit...
I could swear this is an "omg help me with my personal relation issues" board?
or maybe not :p
but this is teh Lounge, so it's more or less allowed here.
What do you mean by...
why are you looking for him?
did you meet him at a seminar/tournament?
do you know what country he's from and/or which dojo he trains at?
There isn't really a "better one for beginners", titanium is the better one regardless of skill, it just depends on how much you can or want to spend on it.
...
what kind of situation are you talking about? while holding the shinai or while repairing/sanding it?
cheap dojo bamboo, made it more or less dobari with a lot of sanding. Thinking of getting a carbon oval dobari.
a meat cleaver can't split a bullet...
seen a bit too much of these katana vs. machinegun things, it's pretty much common knowledge now that a katana can resist a couple of bullets before...
don't buy from sites that have problems with encryption, certificates etc. only asking for trouble.
dunno if anyone else noticed but there appear to be a lot of advertizement spammers lately and it takes a lot of time for the mods to notice em...
if there are only US based mods you may want to...
