What is the point if you cannot do all 100 to 1000 correctly? I am not trying to doubt your ability to do so, but can you honestly say you can do 100 with the correct footwork, posture and swing...

Maybe part of the problem is how you are receiving a Kote Strike.

Are you fully opening your Kote, pointing your shinai to a 9 or 10 o clock position?
