Honestly, I don't think $90 is that expensive. If I were in the area (ie. the same continent) I'd pay that plus personal travel costs. Heck, it would be close to the same amount if I spent a day in...
I found this yellow foam bandage (not sticky) and I use it to make a cushion for popped blisters on the bottoms of my feet, then I just use normal white medical tape to hold it on. The pain goes away...
I got it as well. I'm not on any official mailing lists so I'd really like to know where he got our emails from so I can send a scathing email about privacy protection followed by a bag of flaming...

Sure the name is a bit funny but there's nothing wrong with what he's doing. He's not teaching combat yoga or anything, it's just yoga. Don't know if it's any more intense than your standard class....

One question: How in the bejebus did you stumble upon that?

Don't feed the Trolls. By his reference to West Sensei he is reading the replies to these posts and it encourages him. Just let him rant away and ignore it.
damn! beat me to it. I can't believe no one else said it before that though.
if that doesn't work try hydrogen peroxide.
a nice alcohol spray (70%) will kill the stuff. You can get cleaning grade ethanol pretty easily. DO NOT drink the leftovers.
Ask Maz to do it to you next class:evil:
You're a good man Neil. Thank you.
I get this feeling every morning as I'm running to the station to catch my train to work.....
But seriously, poetry is over most of our heads. It's a side effect of being clubbed over the head...
I hope you just made a mistake with the dates and it's not really in 2007.
