Sounds like an ablation. Sometimes takes more than one try to get it right. Two on my wife's side have had it already. 40 something cousin and 89 yo dad. Both are back to normal.
Yes. 4 of 6 passed 3 dan. Only 3 of 9 passed 4 dan.
However, a couple of the people had made progress and were closer to passing.
