"If you do kendo the right way, you won't get tired"

Well, I'm obviously not doing it the right way then.
Kendo is not a fight with your opponent, it's a fight within yourself

    Sell-by date.

Ok just been out for a meal with the family. Sitting waiting for dessert and start reading the label on my bottle of water:

"ABBEY WELL Natural Mineral Water fell as rain or snow before the age of pollution. Every drop of ABBEY WELL® has been naturally filtered through water bearing white sandstone for at least 3000 years. Today, it is still being bottled from a single underground source deep in the Northumbrian hills just as it has always been done."

    At least 3000 years old . .

Why does it now have a "sell-by" date of just a few months from now?!

    Made me laugh . . .

Hehe I know a high-ranking iaidoka who sometimes makes slips of the tongue. I bet we are thinking of the same person!

After a brief demonstaration of the first four 'new' kata and the beginners set off -

"no, no, no, I was just showing you the technique, not what to do."

It seemed funnier at the time...
