Hi have just joined and am looking to join either an Iadio or Kendo club close to me.Ilive in Ipswich in Suffolk.

Try the BKA website www.kendo.org.uk for the club listings, they do have this one -
Kenyukan Suffolk - Iaido

But my knowledge of your local geography is extremely sketchy so you'd be better looking at the club list yourself and seeing what's 'do-able'.

Thanks mate have looked and it a bit too far to travel as its actualy in Cambrigeshire not Suffolk :-((

I would recommend you reconsider. Martin Clarke (Kenyukan Suffolk) is one of my favourie iai guys and a great teacher. Well worth the distance - I would travel down there (from the Midlands) if I didn't have a 7th dan 15 miles away!

That's why I've never applied for Who wants to be a Millionaire, as they would ask me a question on counties. Even worse it'd be motorways and if I got that wrong I'd get sacked, and I would you know [get it wrong that is]. Then the Highways Agency might have to reconsider letting me do maps for them...
