How to resize Image

unafortunatelly , all dif.versions of gimp i donwloaded seem to be damaged or corrupted ,I need other solution ^^!

You can do it in Microsoft Photo Editor, just open up your picture and select image->resize.

You have to download the right version for your operating system, but if you're having trouble I'd go with what Neil's suggested. I just didn't know what OS you were using.
