    Walking

Yesterday was my first kumdo class and I have to say it was great, I had so much fun there and the people were all friendly. Now to my question:

I was told to raise my right foot about a milimeter or so up and push with my left foot (going forward) and then moving my left foot forward to walk in kumdo but I can't seem to do this and keep my back straight. I don't know if I'm doing this right or not and I know you guys can't see how I do it so I need if I misunderstood or if I will get better with it with practice? Thanks

You'll notice your back being bent over even more when going backwards.

It will get better with practise.

It's not unusual for beginners to do that. Don't worry. You'll be used to it in no time.

    Peace

We appreciate what you are doing Dr. Yowai.
Just out of curiosity, what sort of insurance plan covers doctors such as yourself from liability of treating patients over the internet?
