Hi! I wanted to try out issue 4.3, and it looks like it was slated for release in Dec 08, but I don't see it as an option on the 'order a backissue' page - am I missing the link or is it not available yet? Anyone know?

It won't be available as a back issue until the next one (4.4) comes out in June.
