    15th Kobudo Taikai- Osaka

There is alwasy very little activity in this section so I thought I might as well share this.

Last Sunday, June 28th was the 15th Kobudo Taikai, an annual event held in Abeno-ku Osaka. It features some lesser known ryuha such as Saburi-ryu and Shingyoto-ryu, and also the well known ryuha like Katori Shinto-ryu and Hozoin-ryu. It is fairly short and there is a lot of time filled in with Enshin-ryu (I think they go on 4 or 5 times ...zzzZZZzzz...), but it is nice little embu.

    Thumbs up Nice.

Thanks for the hug just what I needed.
Very nice indeed. It's good to see that people in their sunday's best outfit are still lethal.
The only chance you get in Europe to see this is at the Paris Tai Kai which is once every three years.
It's at moments like this that I envy you guys there.
