The next great ninja wannabe/kendo recruitment tool

Apparently The Last Samurai brought a whole slew of ninja wannabe's out of the woodwork to their local dojo. Some left some stuck at it, anyway the next new big budget recruitment exercise courtesy of Hollywood is out later this year. With the Wachowskis, Silver and McTeigue on board it could be quite cool too:

Obviously we don’t watch these movies to learn technique, we watch them for entertainment and it looks entertaining.

Another possible generator of interest (perhaps from the younger crowd).

I can't even lie. That trailer just sucker-punched me...in the balls. I don't see kendo pickng up new recruits off of this, though. But the ninjas...the ninja population is gonna expode. It's gonna be great.

Not so sure about that whole great thing......but whatever. It's not like we already have ENOUGH ninja people running around.

Let's just go ahead and get them to all to come out of their ninja closets at the same time. For comedy reasons...it IS going to be great.

Awesome! I can't wait to see this! I wonder how realistic the ninja moves will be?

Really? You're actually wondering that? I would say there is a 0% chance of "realistic ninja moves". "Realistic ninja moves". I can't even type it without snickering.

No offense to anyone who is gay, but this is the gayest post I've ever seen. I can't remember the last time I heard someone spell out "respect". Hilarious.

You can't be real. Your profile doesn't even make sense. You say all the perfect things (to poop on). You're a "ninja kenjutsu" practitioner, and your interests are "ninjutsu". Well, that worked out well for you. You've got five posts, and they're all about the "path of the warrior", or ninja stuff. Yeh, there's no way you're real.

Okay, I'll play. Teach me some stuff. What is "ninja kenjutsu"? With whom, and where do you train in "ninja kenjutsu"? Why do you consider "ninjutsu" a "valid art"?
