I can't wait to see the movie and even more excited to see the new crop of ninjas it will breed. I can see it now, fledgling ninjas searching for the sword school that teaches the use of a sword fastened to a chain, new youtube videos and even more ninja schools opening up around the country.

On a related note, I had a call last week from a "Private Number" asking if I would give a black belt to them if they could stop by with their "sharp sword" and display their kata for me.
I told them they had the wrong person, but to try the TKD school up the street.

I thought it was completely ridiculous, but still liked it. If I wanted a realistic cultural history, I wouldn't have went to see a Tom Cruise flick.
God damn it. It is just a movie. If you want real true history, read a freaking text book. It is a movie !!!! Entertainment !!

It was eveything I hoped for. Sword movie special effects get better and bloodier with each new movie. It was very entertaining.

The fight sequences and special effects were pure awesomeness, can't wait to get that on blu ray.
It seems that Hollywood is experimenting with Asian actors again.
There was Byung-hun Lee in GI JOE same stuff….FX, fight scenes…. predictable story
Now Jeong Ji-Hoon same stuff….blood…fight scenes…bla bla bla
I’m not considering it a movie about MA…even by Hollywood standards is not a great movie, not something that makes you think of seeing it twice…just the kind of story the general public would enjoy, nothing fancy just an action movie.
To bad because these are good actors that could do more for a role then play the ninja guy.
Still….why did that ninja super evil master had to speak in ENGLISH ???
