Reminds me of what we looked like as beginners.

Sumi sensei would complain that there is no "foot" noise

This is a shame. Some of it doesn't look that awful, but some really basic stuff is wrong yet wouldn't be that hard to correct.

He is saying that the "grand master" is a 8-dan red belt, or a 9-dan red belt (the grade changes every time)... The shinai (sometimes he says "chinai") was developed around 1350 AD... Keikogi is a position... That kendo was developed since 1500 AD and has been around the last 1500 years (yes, both AND IN THE SAME SENTENCE!)... He compares the Aztec warriors to the samurai... Need more...?

When I saw the thread title I tought it was too much. Come on, how bad it can be...? Then I watched the video... Skilled, please forgive me for doubting your judgement.

If I heard correctly he said the Kendo helmet( It's called "Men" right?) was called "Tsuba" lol. He said that the Tsuba was worn on the head. Xp

That guy has probably already died [killed himself] in a 'training incident'.

The link below leads to a chap who practices without a tsuba on his sword..........
