    And also, there is a reason the "big" gradings take place in may an november just before the bonus season...

    I am sorry you missed it but the only thing I am aware of on the site was the paperwork to sign up that you could download and send to me. Some folks had trouble with the download and I sent them the paperwork file via e-mail.

    Sorry, maybe “signed up” isn’t the right term. I followed the advice of this post:

    I hope it was successful and you’ll be doing it again sometime, and I’m able to make it.
