    notice the guy using jian isn't a shaolin monk? and by the way, i don't think shaolin monks use edge weapons.

    They do. Their dao forms in particular are held in high regard. As to the video itself. Yes, the techniques are poorly executed however the ideology is still sound, you defeat an opponent by using the advantages of your weapon, not by fighting their fight. A jian will kill you just as dead as a katana will
