    The Skill of a Craftsman

    Hi Everyone,

We just finished making a short documentary about the craftsmen who make bogu, you can see it on the Miyako Kendogu site or the Tozando Site, or watch it here - http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=YfwlOvD_dyU

I found it really interesting to make, so I hope you guys enjoy watching it. Both Mr. Tahara and Mr. Nakata are amazing craftmen, and great guys too. If you are ever in Kyoto, drop by and I'll happily introduce you!

That was a great video. When I need a set of bogu, I know where to go next. Last time when I shopped for a handmad set, I called Tozando first but their English rep was terrible. Glad that you are a main contact for us now. I don't need a set now but will look at your site when I need something. Thanks mate.

Nice. I really like what he says at the end of the piece. If you do honest work, the skill will follow.
