Bunch of dumbasses with swords..Dangerous combo

They have been featured here before but not this exact clip I believe:

If they keep that up they'll earn a Darwin award.

Well, according to the information they posted, they think they are doing Kenshin's sword techniques. I REALLY hope they don't get hurt, if they haven't already killed each other, that is, looking at then this video was filmed. The sad part is that they actually think what they are doing is FUNNY. *sigh*

These guys are a riot, I actually like them a lot. We used to play tag with pellet guns and run breakwaters (that's running full tilt across rock piles beside the harbour so that if you slipped and hit your head you'd drown).

Whose dojo are they messing around in and where is sensei?

Like in February, 2008. I am well surprised those two aren't dead yet! Sheesh!! And they are LAUGHING about it all, even when one of them gets cut! They are lucky those aren't real shinken... The one guy would have lost his hand, and then on top of that, had his head cut severely, possibly killing him. It just gets me that they are laughing even after the injuries. I can't work that one out! Ah well... Can't save them all from themselves I guess!

Yep! I remember some of the stuff that we used to do when I was a teenager, and it makes me shudder just to think of it now.

Oh yeah... You're right. I've got two of those in the form of brothers, and both have done crazy stunts and I am surprised both are still alive... Why do guys think they can do anything and be invincible?? *sigh* Yeah, I know...There is no real answer! (To be fair, I have to admit that I was in on a couple of them with my older brother when I was 13 and him 16... We used to watch Dukes of Hazzard... And... )

Young boys are reckless because the tribe needs them to go to war with the tribe across the valley so that we can keep our nice plots of root vegetables. They're expendable and bred for loyalty, romanticism and a feeling they'll live forever or that they should die for an ideal.

If they live long enough they become the old men who cynically send the young ones out with their spears.

Hmm. Sounds like a nutshell description of Bushido.

Of course, when I was a young man, I held up my hand and swore to protect and defend the constitution of the United States. And now that I'm a... well, not an old man, but a more mature man, I try to minimize my risks. For myself, and those young men who will be guided by me.

WOOHOOO!! We did that, and I have scars to prove it, although we were gentlemen; we had an "do not deliberately aim for the head" agreement. We also played tag with sling shots, built bombs and molotov cocktails (I grew up in a military base so material for that was plentyfull) hid in the shooting ranges when the military was practicing to get a better view. We would hide in the bushes in the night and shoot at the poor (armed) guards with our sling shots, just to see if we could raise some hell. All stuff that was potentially dangerous, definitely dumb and if I ever catch my son doing something similar... I have a Darwinist view on all this, if nature had meant for me to die, it has failed, and therefore I shall procreate! Enjoy...
