kendo nihon back issue

anyone knows where I can find back issue of Kendo Nihon (August 2010 issue with the DVD) in the US ? If you have one I will gladly take it off you hand, thanks.

Looks like nobody has a copy... can anyone do me a great favor by scanning the pages in the special section on 7 dan 8 dan exam in the august issue ??
