e-bogu will do it - just add a note for them in your order to contact you about shipping, or call them. I expect most of the US businesses would do the same.

Is the Maruyama local to you? I thought they are in Seattle.

the funniest part about e-bogu shipping (at least when shipping down here to miami) is that the 3-5 day shipping is LESS expensive than the 5-10 day shipping lol.
