The first times that it started hurting I took a break for a few weeks to let it settle, and now I am a lot more conscious of trying not to do anything that will aggravate it - still happens too regularly for my liking, but it hasn't got really inflamed since.
I think Paul's pretty on with that comment, its hard to describe what's happening over the Internet but I think that does a pretty good job of summing up whats happening. I wore a compression brace last practice and it help a lot, and being mindful of the root of the problem is in my mind as well. By the way sorry I missed the chance to have keiko with your club. I showed up on Monday only to find out that practice had been canceled. Hopefully I get an opportunity to pass that way again though.

Oh that's a shame! I was just wondering the other day when you might be coming through because I remember it being mentioned but couldn't remember when. Still in NZ then? Do I recall correctly that you were looking to maybe move here... ?

We're still considering it, my wife and I both really like it, but it would be a massive move for us. That monday was our last night there, we flew out the next day, the 6th of Dec., I think. On the bright side I found an excellent Thai food restaurant that night. I ended up only getting in one practice in neslon unfortunately because of schedule changes but at least I got to practice.
