    Montsuki, Kimono whats the deal?

Okay so today at a weekend Iaido class we had some of the boys where wearing there traditionals with kamon,
And there was a debate sparked as to what they where, and no one can give a deffinant answer, some where calling the kimono, some where calling montsuki and some where calling the haori,
An internet search reveals no helping.
So can someone clear this up for us,
Clarifiying that what where talking about is the one that tucks into hakama with broad sleeves and kamon.

    Thanks

Similar to the bokutoh, 木刀 vs bokken,木剣 debate. It depends upon who you talk to... but in a strict definition they are called Montsuki.
