MJER-Sôke no. 19 and 21: Fukui

All my resources I have never shed light on this:
Have the 19. Sôke (Fukui Harumasa) and the 21. Sôke ( Fukui Torao) been relatives (like father/son)?
I only know that the new Sôke (from May 2012 onwards), Fukui Masato, is the son of Fukui Torao.
