I would say take most of what you hear on here with a pinch of salt and delets any e-mails you get from Satsaruma (he knows what i mean).

Where do you train and who with?

You will find a host of good people on here who will have a wide depth of knowledge and experience and will share with you any information they can. If youo are in a BKA dojo in London i am sure you will meet up with quite a few of us fellow sword swingers at one seminar or another.
