Yes it is.

We've hosted him several times. Stroud sensei once described him as having "the roughest kendo" he had ever seen. I don't think that's quite true but after spending a month-lomg gasshuku with him he certainly comes close.

You'd have to email the organizer to see if there are any exceptions. His contact info should be on the form.

I am preparing to go there. I have attended this last year too and I have learned a lot. Yamanaka sensei isn't a good teacher, but also a creative and good man too.
