correct position of Keikogi sleeve??

Can anyone tell me where the correct position of the keikogi sleeve should be (i.e. at elbow), The one I have now I purchased from a martial arts store and they just sold them in s-xxl, but I am wanting to buy one form a japanese manufacturer. Any help would be great.

Thanks mate, I wanna order a koei double weave one. I actually spoke with the Koei GM the other day cause one of the guys forgot to pack something, he's a good guy, real friendly. I'd buy all my gear from them.
