The order of things??

Could someone give me a step by step order of how they put on their obi and hakama . I've seen a few variations. How do you do it?

Thanks Bleda, I noticed that these links were associated with kendo as opposed to Iaido.

I take it that this means that the Hakama and the obi are the same in both forms.
After seeing the pictures I'm sure that the bow on the hakama are a tad different?
