    Hi,

I've ordered a bokken and saya from them in the past. Which came quickly and was fantastic quality. As for clothes I have just ordered an iaigi and hakama from them which should arrive in a few weeks. What limited experience I have had with them shows them to be very efficent and helpful. I would imagine your equipment should be with you next day delivery (if in stock) or three weeks at the very most.

    Thumbs up good shop

Yep, i also bought a bokken and saya from them for iaido practice and was very satisfied with the shipping time and quality. Even a non-kendoka friend of mine who knows my other bokken was impressed with the nine circles one. I know some people who have purchased bogu from them and they had no complaints whatsoever, so no worries.

Has anyone bought any clothing or armour from them? Shipping is far too expensive from e-bogu etc, prob best off sticking to a UK company

Yes I deal with them quite alot, They are ok. Not the cheapest, but one of the only specialised UK based companies. I got my Armour from them, and I am more than happy with it, after 18 months of use. You may get a cheaper deal, however, from eurobogu.net they are based in Europe but shipping is free. However, everything comes direct from koei in Japan, so can sometimes take a while. But generally good value for money, especially on Uniforms.

But since eurobogu send their stuff from Japan, isn't there going to be a problem with customs? If they pick it up, the prize will go up remarkably...

Oh, and I've ordered both gi and hakama from nine circles, as well as a pair of kote, and I'm very pleased with the quality.

Not necessarily. I have ordered both bogu and hakama via Eurobogu (I live in Holland). In both cases the packages were declared heavily undervalue by Koei and I had zero customs charges. Koei are smart in this regard - on the package my bogu was marked as sports equipment with a declared value of $100.00!!

Delivery was also very quick. 3 weeks for the bogu, 10 days for the hakama. Eurobogu do a great job in my eyes.
