Kaze to Ken

Has anyone heard of the manga Kaze to Ken (風と剣) by 高橋三千綱 (I hope I get this name right since I am not to proficient in Japanese names; Takahashi Shizenzuna) and illustrated by Uchiyama Mamoru (内山まもる). Please correct me if I am wrong with the name, but the Kanji is correct, I know that muck.

Anyways, I went to a Japanese store that sells used Japanese manga for $2 each and I saw this one, so I picked it up. All I know is that the manga is about Kendo, but I don't know the plot or anything since they only had the third issue available. I just want to know if this manga is supposed to be any good, what the plot is supposed to be, and maybe an opinion or two about this one because my Japanese is not exactly up to snuff (I am trying though).
