Does anyone know the title of the book or an ISBN? I'd like to have a look at it.

No problem. It shows up in the similar threads box at the bottom of the page. however the thread doesn't really deal with the book and doesn't say the name of the book. However if you want to know you might want to ask the Original Poster (Confound). This is her site.
