Kurobachan is still there. Honestly she is insane, but has a good heart and would go way out of her way to help us.

    Hello
I was checked this thread very carefully but I didn't noticed that would anybody mentioned if you should pay all of school fees in one piece and they return you your money for each month a sum of it (like some kind of assurance that you will study seriously and won't just trolling around) or you just come there with all expenses automatically covered?
Well, I sent this international office kokusai@budo-u.ac.jp an e-mail three weeks ago, but they didn't answer me. What is wrong? Is that normal? What should I do? Wait or send them another mail?

    Tanks for answers,

You should also recieve a scholarship of 45000 yen a month for the duration, which also comes at around $6000 USD. From this comes your monthly spending including (and not much more) rent and food. So in effect, the course would cost you pretty much nothing save for transportation costs..
You have to pay upfront. They don't give you your money back.

I sent IBU International an email last month and got a reply about 2 business days later. We had 2 more emails back and forth, then I sent a 3rd email with more questions and didn't get a reply. It's been almost 4 weeks now. I don't know if he just started ignoring my email because it's too troublesome. They already gave me their official response to my inquiry so maybe they think that's nothing left to be said.

But, however friendly and sociable a kind of creature you might be, never ever share your laptop with anyone, because one night, when you will find yourself in that stressful situation of having to send that all important make-or-break-e-mail to keep your (ex-)girlfriend on the hook, you might find the whole mainframe changed to Chinese or Korean or your electronic surfing ability might be seriously halted because your computers immune system is nearly death from exhaustion after fruitlessly fighting thousands of porn viruses imported by your room mate who had been carelessly enjoying an all night session of internet hanky panky, if you know what I mean. I won’t go into detail, but one of the outward symptoms might be a dubiously stained keyboard.
Seriously?? Man, I stayed once in this pension house in Akihabara and left my cellphone on the table. Good thing this Japanese stranger handed my phone back.
