    Lightbulb Wouldn't it be nice

I've read through the forums on this site (should be fora but I won't split hairs) and have reached some conclusions.........

    1. there's huge interchange of information in some cases forming online S-K learning structures.

    2. excellent senses of humour exhibited by most posters

    3. forms a good place for people to catch up with each other

I'm not a net geek but was wondering if there are any online chat rooms for kendoka across the globe to get together and 'just chat' be it about kendo or the weather?

Someone has mentioned a chat room on msn but I'm yet to find it ...

Any thoughts on the subject all?

If not....I vote we have a Kendo-World mIRC room set up, and a link to it on the forums page.

    That'd be great.

Hey that's not a bad idea.

We could all gang up and trounce over rival channels or something. Ooooh oooh rival server networks!

Seriously, something on Undernet.org would be nifty keen like.

We had a great chat going last night...I think we had about 6 people at the most. More of you need to join in tonight. Really, its a lot of fun!

(Except for kendokamax...he's just plain annoying. )

It's not just you. It's very browser-centric. This is why I think an IRC based one would be better. Then pretty well anyone could get in.

Sure, I could change my browser too. But you'd have to start doing upsidedown suburi or something for my enjoyment
