    What styles of Kenjutsu...

    What styles of Kenjutsu contributed to the forming of Kendo?
    If you don't like SAKE there is something wrong with you.

    the only style that contributed to Kendo from kenjutsu that i know of was Itto Ryu

    That's not a Kenjutsu Ryu. If you meant HNIR, that isn't anything to do with Nito Ryu, which just means two sword school, and it is a Kendo thing, not a Kenjutsu thing.

    Hyoho Niten Ichi Ryu Kenjutsu and Nito Ryu Kendo are not the same.

    Anyway, HNIR wasn't involved in the forming of Kendo at all. There was a list given somewhere of all the Ryuha that were represented in our Kata. I forgot which thread though. Sorry. And, I don't have time to look for it right now.
