    Endurance Record?

I did a brief search, but did not find an answer for my question.

In Kendo, you eventually develop endurance, and stenghten your stamina.
as in many other phisical activities you may too.

Is there such thing as a recorded event, or record of consecutive kendo matches held by one individual, or the time that it took to complete them..?

Any history to go along with it...?

my personal record is almost 30mins of straight keiko.

    thanks in advance for sharing!

I think you'll be able to tell if your own endurance has increased or not. For instance , at school when you run the mile, you see that your stamina has grown. Things like that make you admire how kendo has helped in you in life

    Yeap!

After submitting the new tread, I looked at the bottom of the page and read similar treads...

    UUUPPPSSS!

    what can I say.

any way I read them most, and find them pretty amuzing and I wished I had such opportunity, of doing keiko till you drop.

    must be quite exhilarating

you should get a friend to come over and do keiko with you at your home. Maybe in the backyard, and see how long you guys can do it without stopping. I dont know, just an idea

    Need dojo

I have tried to practice outside the dojo.

but Im a creature of habits.

I need the dojo rituals to slip into kendo mood.

otherwise I get easily distracted, and it just doesnt feel the same.
