    Swinging.

I've been exercising my swing and recently(About three weeks ago) I started to notice that my shoulder or elbow on my right arm makes a crack noise. It doesn't hurt or anything, but I'm concerned about it now before it the possibility it becomes a problem in the future? Anyway, does this mean I'm swinging to hard on my right or what?

Might want to look into glucosamine supplement, an amino acid. Word is it is good for arthritis. Whole looking you might want to consider going to a vet that deals with large animals, i.e. race horses or jumpers. Probably cheaper and not laced with any mammal products (glucosamine made from crab, lobster and shrimp shells)
