| Kendo World Publications (KWP) General Return PolicyBooks in new condition may be returned to Kendo World Publications within 30 days of delivery dispatch for a full refund.
Books, in new condition, returned after 30 days but not longer than 90 days from shipping dispatch will require a 25% restocking and handling charge.
Contact to KWP Customer Service (info@kendo-world.com) for a Return Identification Reference number (RIR) and your return will be identified and processed efficiently.
All refund requests are subject to inspection and confirmation as to the condition of the product before authorization and payment can be made.
Returning Incorrect or Defective ItemsFor the return and replacement of any items found to be sent in error, or defective, please contact KWP Customer Service (info@kendo-world.com) for a Return Identification Reference number (RIR) and your return will be identified and processed efficiently. In addition to the RIR, KWP will specify return shipping details.
Return shipping expense will be absorbed by KWP if the item(s) are confirmed to have been shipped-in-error, or are found to be defective.
All refund requests are subject to inspection and confirmation as to the condition of the product(s) before return authorization or refund payment can be made.
How Will My Refund be CalculatedBooks returned in new condition, within 30 days of shipping dispatch are eligible for a 100 percent return.
Books returned in new condition, over 30 days from date of dispatch are eligible for 75 percent of the original price.
Books returned within 90 days of shipping dispatch that show any signs of use, wear, or blemishes from handling will be eligible for 50 percent of the item's original price.
Non-returnable ItemsMagazines are non-returnable items. If they are found to be defective (missing pages; illegible pages; missing standard insert items) a return according to the terms noted in section “Returning Incorrect or Defective Items” may be made. Please note: any refund or replacement is dependent on inspection by KWP or its agents.
